Shipping Policy

At the TundraAccessoryStore.com, we use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground shipping (you pick) for most items. On some of the smaller, lightweight and lower dollar value shipments, USPS Priority Mail will also be available. If you need faster shipping service, Email us to check stock availability and shipping costs.

While we try to maintain sufficient inventory levels, we cannot keep every item in stock at all times. Usually, most items ship in 1-2 business days IF the item is in stock. No shipping is done on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Once an item ships, East Coast residents can expect their orders in 1-3 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days). West Coast residents can expect their orders in 5-6 business days once shipped.

Shipping is always done to the address on file with your credit card issuer. You can have more than one address on file with your credit card issuer. Often, most cardholders have their work address on file as well as their home address. Call your credit card issuer for more details.

Damaged Items should be reported in one business day after receipt or recourse will be lost. Inspect all packages for damage immediately upon receipt!
