Add 13.4 HP to 2007 Toyota Tundra V8 Engine with K&N Performance Air Intake System
The new Toyota Tundra is for full-size truck buyers with serious towing requirements. Its new big V8 engine and new six-speed automatic combination give it a big advantage when towing or hauling.
K&N Engineering's 77-9031KP
K&N Engineering has designed a polished High-Flow Air Intake System (77-9031KP) for the 2007 Toyota Tundra 5.7 liter V8 engine. K&N dynamometer testing shows a 13.43 horsepower gain @ 5142 RPM. K&N Engineering’s air intake design has lower restriction than the factory air box system resulting in an immediate power gain while providing excellent air filtration.
A large chrome top K&N High Flow Air Filter (RF-1041) allows free flowing air into mandrel bent aluminum intake tube.
The heat shield assembly is installed into the engine compartment using factory mounting points. A tube mounting bracket supports the intake tube which is mounted to the engine. The heat shield isolates the K&N Air Filter from the engine compartment and allows it to receive a consistent flow of fresh cooler air.
The 77-9031KP can easily be installed in 90 minutes or less and is backed by the K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty.
