How do I return a product?
All returns MUST have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and a copy of the invoice.
All non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days from original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. To make a return, e-mail us at sales@newedgeperformance.com regarding the item you would like to return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), so you can send the items to us. Re-box the item being returned in it’s original box/packaging and write the RMA# on the outside of the box. If there is a need for additional information, please e-mail us.
No returns on special order items or electrical components.
Warranty Policy
Warranties are provided by the manufacturers, not us. Manufacturers determine the warranty periods. Warranties are limited to part replacement and exclude all labor, shipping and incidental costs.
